I cannot overstate how diligent and hard working the entire management and staff is. A monthly statement detailing all transactions including rents, invoices for work done, etc. Investing in Real Estate as a Landlord for me has now become worry-free, I buy Properties and turn it over to Nest Realty for them to manage.
